May 2020: Future Focus

Date: Sunday 24 – Sunday 31 May 2020

The focus and style of this week challenges participants to develop and apply global mindset to business strategy and operations while embracing future uncertainties. The agenda covers themes including Enterprise Architecture, Aligning Sales Strategy for Success, Dynamics of Innovation, Go-To Market Infrastructure and Personal Leadership.

Faculty leaders include former Chief Growth Officer of the Boston Globe, Tim Marken; Babson College Professor of Marketing and manufacturing company Board Member, Anirudh Dhebar; and international leadership consultant Karen Ayas, a Founding Partner at the Ripples Group.

October 2020: Growth & Change

Date: Sunday 4 – Sunday 11 October 2020

This interactive, 8-day learning experience is high energy, with an expectation of pro-active cohort participation. With a focus on leaders turning entrepreneurial thought into action, the programme challenges individuals to get comfortable being uncomfortable, change the status quo and affect change to enable and support continued growth. Topics covered include Reaching your Audience, Sales Conversion, Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Growth Strategies and Decision Making.

Faculty leaders include innovation guru Jay Rao, marketing specialist Lauren Beitelspacher and Start-up Advisor and Investor Angelo Santinelli.
